Short answer
HubSpot's KB: Notetaker joins at the scheduled time and announces it's recording. It needs the passcode embedded in the invite link, and the Zoom host must turn on Record to computer files for internal and external participants. No Zoom app install is needed. It isn't covered for PHI.
