HubSpot's KB: set up the Visitor Identification API (Professional or Enterprise) to chat with visitors who logged in through your own system, and target a chatflow so it only displays to logged-in visitors. HubSpot's member registration feature needs Service or Content Hub Professional or Enterprise.
