Short answer

HubSpot's KB: you need an assigned Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise seat and the qualifying LinkedIn Sales Navigator plan (the KB names Advanced Plus). Connecting links only your user. For installs after October 7, 2025, a Super Admin or user with the Customize record page layout permission adds the integration card to records.
