Short answer

HubSpot's campaigns FAQ: HubSpot campaigns cannot sync to Salesforce. Contacts can be added to a Salesforce campaign from a HubSpot form or workflow, and a Salesforce lead or contact's Campaign ID syncs to HubSpot, where you can segment on it.
